Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
